This was developed in Access 2007 as a runtime program. The client wanted a split database with the ability for users to setup their own accounts and to also be required to change their passwords every 30 days. The database is redistributable and a wizard is displayed when the user opens the database for the first time directring them to select the back-end file and create a user name and password.

Directions: Download and unzip the file and then run the "Setup". It will create a desktop shortcut and create a folder named "DGCreditTracker", which will contain the database and back-end. If you are not running Access 2007, you will be prompted to download the "Access Runtime" program, which will take you to the Microsoft download page where you can download it. It is a free download.

This database was designed for a client who needed to track event reservations for multiple areas. The database tracks and displays available and booked reservations, so the user can easily let the customer know available time slots for a given reservation area. It also tracks cost for each booking type and time slot and produces invoices and other reporting in order to provide the customer with a full solution for their reservations.

Note: When you open the database enter the below parameters to view sample information.

Access 2002/2003. This is a sample of an export function that generates separate csv files for each company selected for export from the database.

Directions: Please unzip directly to your C:\ and a folder called "DGExportExample" will be created, which contains the database.

Access 2002-2003. This database was developed for call center metric reporting. It creates complex Excel based reports with charts, graphs, and timeline period reporting automatically from Access.

Directions:  Unzip directly to your C:\ and a folder called "DGMetrics" will be created, which will contain the database.

Access 2007. This is a student scheduling database that was developed to allow the client to schedule classes and all itinerary items for students. This is a modified version. The full version has a complete invoicing system and payment tracking for instructors.

Access 2002-2003. Generates Word invoices with images and e-mails to customers. The user can select which image to use for each of the product categories. The image that is selected will be displayed next to each product category in the generated Word invoice.

Directions: Unzip directly to your C:\ and a folder called "DGWordInvoice" will be created, which contains the database and assoicated files.
