Our service rates are $50.00 an hour for off-site work and $75.00 for on-site. We perform estimates prior to each project and guarantee that the total cost will not exceed our estimated price even if the final project cost exceeds our estimate. If the final project cost is less than our estimated amount then we only bill for the actual cost.
We do not require any up-front payments for projects that are estimated to take under 10 hours to complete. You do not pay until your project is up and running to your specifications and you are satisfied with our work.
For larger scale projects that involve more than 10 hours of work, we offer a discounted rate. The project will be broken down into stages of 10 hour work increments. We do require up-front payments to cover 10 hours of work for each of the stages. We will work on the most critical stages first such as the data entry functions, so your staff will be able to enter data while the remainder of the database is being developed.
We only bill for the time that we actually spend on the project itself. We provide the following at no charge to you.
Discussing project requirements
Assisting you with any Access related questions that you may have e.g. (creating queries, importing data, etc.)
Providing you with suggestions on how to improve your existing business processes.
Answering technical support questions pertaining to the database.
